BAKED STUFFED HAKE



ingredients: 

- Hake 
- Onion 
- Salt, to taste 

filling: 

- Gulas 
- Small prawns 
- Egg 
- Garlic 

Method of preparing: 

Padding is done first in a skillet, meanwhile warms the oven. You start frying the garlic and then added the eel and shrimp. When they are well made are added one or two eggs, depending on the amount of filler that is being prepared.
