THREE CHOCOLATE CAKE


INGREDIENTS:

150 gr. of black chocolate
150 gr. milk chocolate
150 gr. of white chocolate
1 liter of cream
500 ml . whole milk
3 packets of curd
125 gr. sugar
For the base:
1 packet of Digestive biscuits type
1 teaspoon orange powder

PREPARATION:

Preparation of mold base:
The first is to prepare the mold to make it easier to unmold the cake , it is best springform pan ( which is in two parts , the base and rim ) , line the base with baking paper and then pinched by the rim.

Melt the butter and set aside. Biscuits with a grinder ( I do it twice because all the cookies do not fit once in the grinder ) until we see it is as crushed sand , took a bowl and mix with a heaping teaspoon of orange . Melted butter and mix well with the crushed cookies. Pour over the cake pan , spreading well across its base, and gets into the fridge to harden until we first made ​​chocolate base .

preparation:
First we take a liter of cream and 500 ml. milk , put it in a bowl and mix well .

To prepare the first layer, the white chocolate separate 500 ml. Mix cream and milk and put in a casserole on the fire along with white chocolate but without adding sugar and a packet of curd . Stir without stopping over medium heat for 7-8 min . approx. Bring to boil, should stay smooth. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base .

With the layer of milk chocolate we repeat the same process as the layer of white chocolate ( 500 ml. Mixture of cream and milk + 150 gr. Milk chocolate + 1 of curd ) but this time, add 50 gr. sugar .

Before turning the layer of milk chocolate on white chocolate, grate the surface with a fork so that the layers were not then slipping. Grate so that it is only the top, without putting much fork. We pour milk chocolate on white chocolate using a soup ladle turned inside out to help the two do not mix chocolates when capsize whole milk chocolate layer cake will not move the site.

To make the layer of black chocolate do the same as milk chocolate layer ( 500 ml. Mixture of cream and milk + 150 gr. Of black chocolate on curd + 1 ) , but this time, añadimos75 gr. sugar .

Before turning the black layer of chocolate on the milk chocolate , the same process we scratch the surface and we help to pour the soup ladle upside down. Let stand until set without moving the site. Once curd gets into the fridge until the next day .
