Couscous VEGETARIAN CHICKEN AND FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT


ingredients: 

- Onion 
- Zucchini 
- Corn 
- Peas 
- Cous-cous 
- Oil 
- Salt (optional) 
- Spices: ground ginger, herbs of Provence and curry.


How to prepare: 

It gets warm oil and fry the onions first, when it is golden brown zucchini and shows. Once we see that the zucchini is done we can add the peas and corn, how to soften a little. We can take a bit of ground ginger, herbs of Provence and curry. 

Then add the couscous, which can be baked in a casserole apart or in the same skillet, adding the pasta, stirring and adding a little water to cover. We must wait until the couscous absorbs all and is ready to eat.


If you want, you can prepare couscous for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Do, besides, some chicken breasts, for example, empanadas and cut into pieces so that each adds if you like.
