MULTICOLOUR CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE COVERED
Perfect for birthdaysIngredients:
- 1 plain yogurt ( the package itself will serve as a gauge for the rest of ingredients)
- 4 glasses of flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 and ½ cup oil
- 3 and ½ cups sugar
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- Cans of food color , colors we want
- Options : an orange or lemon juice plus a piece of the shell
- For topping : chocolate to melt
How to prepare :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 10 inch tube pan. Cover raisins with warm water, let soak for 10 minutes and then drain. Whisk together flour, spices, and salt. Set aside.
we add food coloring drops
Bake for approximately 1 hour, or until a tester comes out clean. Cool in pan. Once cool, shake pan to loosen cake. Turn onto plate, and dust with confectioners' sugar.
To finish we can add chocolate over and wait for the chocolate to become hard .
