SEPIA GRILLED GARLIC AND PARSLEY

ingredients:
sepia
garlic
parsley
oil
Salt (optional)
How to do it:
Cut the cuttlefish into strips or pieces and cast into the skillet with a little oil to make grilled cuttlefish. While you are doing with a mortar crush some garlic, a couple of them and parsley. This mixture was cast to the sepia that is in the pan so that the garlic a bit and do not bite. If garlic and parsley mortar go wrong we can add a little water, then when the pan dropped to evaporate.
