TROPICAL SHRIMP CAKES
A hash recipe we can introduce something new to do the something delicious while traditional cakes.
ingredients:
flour
milk
Oil or butter
Pineapple juice , grape and apple
prawns
egg
breadcrumbs
salt
How to prepare the croquettes :
Prepare the white sauce by heating a little oil or butter in a pan. Once the butter has melted or the oil is hot , add the flour to the making and is not raw.
When the flour is golden leaves gradually adding the milk mixed with juice , so you get a true taste of pineapple . A time to be adding milk juice while stirring we try not to stay groups . Add salt to taste so it is not bland.
Having prepared the dough, chop the prawns and went through the pan to brown , darker roasted or less , depending on taste .
We add the prawns to the bechamel and let rest the dough to cool .
Once cool and somewhat harder , we can go picking pieces and shaping them kibble . You need to spend the dough in beaten egg and then breadcrumbs (you can repeat the process to give more consistency to the kibble ) and finally fried.
